Lily Tomlin has been dishing out attitude for over 50 years—she could even give the Menopause Fairy a run for her money! Tomlin made her first splash in 1969 on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In playing many memorable characters, including the sassy telephone operator Ernestine. In 1980 she masterminded the kidnapping of her piggy boss in the movie 9 to 5, before becoming a Broadway sensation in The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe, winning her the Tony Award for Best Lead Actress in a Play. In recent years she was a Kennedy Center Honoree and won the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Screen Actors Guild, and currently she’s starring role as Frankie Bergstein in Netflix’s series Grace and Frankie. Tomlin has always played characters who took no crap and handed out plenty. Through it all she has kept us laughing while showing us that there's no situation that a resourceful woman with a killer attitude can't handle.
